After 8 wonderful years of filling our bellies with delicious Italian tapas, owner India Ennis is closing Panino'teca 275 and moving to Beantown. This is the last weekend for us Brooklynites to enjoy her delicious cheese plates, paninis, bruschetta samplers, tramezzinis, taleggio prosciutto mac & cheese, and uovo al forno (fontina drenched baked eggs) in her beautiful restaurant and enchanting garden. I am a long time fan and former employee of Panino'teca 275 and I encourage you all to stop by this weekend to bid Miss India Ennis adieu and savor some incredible eats all washed down with some Italian vino, a yummy blood orange bellini, or if you're feeling dangerous, maybe even a negroni! Sunday night is the end of an era, one of the first restaurants to open on the now trendy Smith St. is closing it's doors. So get your butt down there this weekend and enjoy it while you still can! Buon Appetito!
